EA designed and installed a RVRS system with fibre cement panel to restore the performance of the brick facade that was leaking. The new aesthetic resulted in increased rental rates and a full building. That is called ROI for the homegamers.

The system consisted of a breathable membrane over the brick, called SRP Airoutshield, vertical girts and the fibre cement panel. New trims and window sills were incorporated as well. The masonry engineer determined that the brick fastening system may not take the redistributed wind loads so we installed Hilti fasteners through to the block backup.

the complete retrofit was accomplished for around $30 a square foot.
